You guys are so many of are kinda stupid (idk) but here are the rules and how

1 when trading, guys need to be near

2 shiny trades cost a million of stardust

3 the rare it gets, the more stardust it cost, especially when its not in your pokedex

4 the pokemon you trade may go low than the original cp and iv beacause of the pokekon you're trading is a high cp or high iv than the on you are trading example:

Im gonna trade a Palkia which is 3987 cp and its a 100% iv (or a perfect iv or some say, "hundo")

Then the player he is gonna trade is a dragonite which is a 3890 cp and a 95%iv now palkia is a legendary, perfect iv, high cp so, the player who will get a palkia will less the cp and iv because of the lower he trade so he will get a 2895 cp palkia and 95% iv (because of some imbalance the hight stats he will get will get lower) and then the dragonite will be 2685 cp and a 83% iv once said because of imbalance of the pokemon
