@sorreskvin77G is now banned for FPV (Fair Play Violation). We now have something to think of - which rule had he violate?

All of your moves must be your own.
Do not cheat in any way.
Do not get help from any other person, including parents, friends, coaches, or another player.
Do not use chess engines, software of any kind, bots, plugins, browser extensions, or any tools that analyze positions during play. We can detect if you are using any of these programs.
Do not use tablebases or any other resources that show the best move (in both Online and Daily chess).
You may use Opening Explorer or other books in Daily chess only (not in Online / Live play).
Do not perform any automated analysis or “blunder checking“ of your games in progress.
Do not allow anyone else to use your account.
Do not use anyone else's account.
Do not artificially manipulate ratings, matches, or game outcomes.
Do not interfere with the gameplay of other members.
Suspecting your opponent of using outside help is not an excuse to do the same. If you suspect someone is cheating, report the player to Chess.com.

So after considering that

He isn't using anyone else's account;
He isn't using engine since he does not play any rated games; and
He isn't sandbagging (aka. Rating Manipulation),

We have left with some possibilities:

1. Do not cheat in any way.

While this rule exists, this statement isn't detailed and explained clearly. What does it exactly mean, by 'cheating'? What kind of actions, are indicated as 'cheating'? We all know, he creates Mate In 1 tournaments to get gold medals and Daily Tournament Leaderboard Points. Is that kind of sportsmanship indicated as 'cheating'?

2. Unmentioned rule: Multiple Accounts

Information to keep in mind

Memberships do not transfer to a second account. To access membership benefits on both accounts, you must purchase a separate membership for each account.
Rule violations on one account will affect both accounts. If you are abusive and get muted on one account, both accounts will be muted. If one account is closed for cheating, the other will also be closed.

So: What if he has an alternate account (Some possibilities are: @glebtyran, @pretotianill_gg, @raynrah11_tuO)? When you play against your alternate accounts, you will be banned for FPV. But clearly this is a contradiction to a rule from the article, mentioned right above: Rule violations on one account will affect both accounts. But why can't we find an other suspicious account? Is there any relation, that he might not connect both accounts? But if so, why no other accounts are banned at the same time, when chess.com should detect them on time?

3. Poor Sportsmanship

While this article (https://support.chess.com/en/articles/8598007-what-is-chess-com-s-sportsmanship-policy) only mentions the case of aborting games in live chess, is blocking other people in order to avoid them to join his own tournaments, a kind of bad sportsmanship? (Note: To my knowledge, @OriginalChess277 and @Bama6 are being blocked by @sorreskvin77G)

At least, I can't find any other articles about this issue, in daily chess.

Some thoughts:

1. Why isn't @pretotianill_gg, @glebtyran, @raynrah11_tuO, @Tor2025Tor (blocking me), @Mateus_Zaczek banned, for playing no rated games, and doing only unrated Mate In 1 Tournaments, for medals and Leaderboard points?

2. Should this action (making Mate In 1 daily tournaments, in order to get Leaderboard points), be restricted on chess.com?

While I had asked about this issue at Chess.com Support and received no answer, this action is a kind of Bad Sportsmanship, since that isn't a fair and friendly spirit, to competing in daily tournaments and gaining Leaderboard points in a nice way.
