Hello,

My Name is Siddhant Tamhankar. I am from Pune, India. I am a Professional Chess Player and a Coach. I have been playing  Chess for 15+ years now and have been coaching for last 7-8 years. My Peak FIDE rating is 1944.

In order to excel in this sport you need to have a good knowledge about Openings, Middlegame and Endgame Concepts. Also you need to train regularly to get better at Calculation skills.

For all of this you would need a coach who will make sure you cover all the necessary topics in order to excel at this sport and if you are reading this well, you came to the right place. I myself train a lot daily as I am an active chess player and I will be more than happy to share my insights about the game.

Recent Achievements as a Player-

• Won Pune District Championship in 2018.
• Stood 4th at Maharashtra state championship and got selected for The Indian National Senior Championship tournament in 2019.

Recent Achievements as a Coach-

My Student won the Under-9 Girls Pune District Championship in Feb 2020.

My Student secured 4th rank at Under-10 Indian Nationals Boys in 2022.
