Dortmund to host second closed group?

The soon to begin Dortmund Sparkassen Chess Meeting is said to host a crown group and two open tournaments. But although there is no mention of it on the official site, rumour has it that there will be a second closed group with ten titled players such as IGM Karel van der Weide (NED) and IGM Lev Gutman (GER).
