Been playing chess since Christmas of 2008. I compete against a computer but relax and play against my daughter who is quite young. We use chess instead of TV and Candyland. I may not ever be a viable player but I love the learning and will continue to play and study until the Bass fishing weather improves in March. I will be more outside in the lakes than online in the chess chats once the water hits 50 degrees or more and the Bass wake up. If Fish were chess set characters I would have largemouth bass be the kings.
