I studied psychology at Sydney Uni. I like reading, especially scifi and fantasy. I am also interested in astronomy and philosophy among other things. I have enjoyed tennis and golf, although I haven't played either in a while. I am happy to play chess with anyone of any playing strength. I learned chess when I was ten and have loved the game ever since. I also enjoy playing chess variants, e.g. Fischer Random, crazyhouse, and many others. My favourite opening as white is Ruy Lopez, although I often seem to do badly with it for some reason! I also play Queen's gambit occasionally. As black I like the Sicilian and King's Indian defenses.
